With Direct Sales, there are two ways of earning money. Fast money is made with the discount between what you pay for the products and what your customer pays for the products. This is usually 20% to start with and higher discounts based on how much your monthly sales grow to. Big money is possible with the percentage you received from your Team Members. In a lot of companies, you won’t make anything off of their sales if you are not meeting the sales requirements for your Title.
When your Starter Kits are on promotionally lower prices, you could build your Team by leaps and bounds, but many of you don’t. You don’t want to be responsible for their success, or you just don’t feel like you are qualified to answer all of their questions.

They are signing up to be a consultant for a specific company because the love the products and your company is well able to train them by telephone, webinar, training events and more. You are simply there to help them along with team meetings focused on fun, fun, and more fun!
